      Parking Attendant Interview

      21 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Birmingham, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RCP Parking (Birmingham, England)

      Interview

Unnecessarily long winded IMO. First a more informal type phone call. Then a teams meeting with head of HR. Then a teams meeting with HR and a manager. There may even have been a third teams meeting. Too much for the role IMO, however the process is more about getting to know you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time where you have had a challenge at work and how you dealt with it.
