I was genuinely thrilled about the chance to work with Radix because I really like what they are building. I like it so much that I dove into learning how to develop smart contracts on the Radix network, and decided I would continue regardless of my application outcome. Unfortunately, after submitting my completed technical assignment, Radix disappeared.
The silence has been a letdown, and has dimmed my initial excitement. I've since left Radux's Discord and Telegram Group, and stopped following their blog updates.
Good luck everyone, and I hope your experience is better than mine.

Questions about my work history, notice period, why I left my previous job etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RDX Works in Oct 2023
Interview
I had 2 interviews - the first with HR and the second with UX. Both times I got short notice interview times.
HR said they made half the UX team redundant 6 months earlier and were now hiring again. That made me uneasy.
After two interviews, no one ever got back to me about the job status. I hate leaving things hanging so I followed up and they never replied.
There were several red flags about this company and I can only imagine how dysfunctional it must be working there if they can't manage a quick 'no thanks' email to interviewees. Can't say I've dealt with a more unprofessional and discourteous company in an interview process.
