It was smooth. The interviewer will likely ask about your experience and knowledge of mental health. They may also ask about your specific skills and abilities, such as your ability to build rapport with clients, provide support and encouragement, and work under pressure.

Question 1
What is your experience working with children and adults who have been impacted by abuse and trauma? Can you tell me about a challenging experience you've had with a patient and how you overcame it?
It was a short interview, I was asked about my experience, interest in client population, future goals. It was not clear that this was a community mental health agency since I applied for CJ Hendry & Associates, a private practice that I later learned is just owned by them.
