Interview
The interview process was a thoroughly mixed bag. I had an excellent video interview with a very senior stakeholder for the role based in the UK. It was very positive. I then had a follow-up interview with the energetic local MD and Sales Leader. It left me with a very clear sense of a very poor organisational culture and a win at all costs mentality. I was asked to prepare for a third round but first to submit to screening by the business. This involved sharing a multitude of personal documents and contacts/references, suggesting that the process was nearing completion. I was then emailed, not called, but emailed the next day by the MD to let me know they had met with someone and would be making an offer to that person.

Interview
Phone Interview was great! The HR Interviewer was very professional. Face to Face Interview was set immediately. However, the day of the interview, 2 hours before the interview, received the call from the HR Interviewer advising that the Hiring Manager are unable to attend the interview. Citing she had another appointment. However, 2 weeks passed, the advert was out again and a month later, one of my Linkedin connection got the job! When previously checked, the HR interviewer advised that they wanted to restructure the position again and no interview would be conducted! Kudos for you childish behaviour and ethics!!! Lousy!
