RLM Environmental Services interview questions

Unlike every other place I interviewed for there was no testing done. I was hired based on years of experience. I was asked about driving record and if I would consider providing my own work vehicle. The owner is a 40 year old woman who knows little about the trade and depended on the interviewer who was a service manager to make the decision. Still to this day they do not test on technical knowledge and are more concerned about your driving record for some reason....
