Very smooth, just casual coverstaion with an hour of working. Was happy to have a chat with the interviewer. The inverviewer was very kindful and warm. One hour tranning was also easy, you just need to show your desire to work.

Interview
2 stage process
1st stage was an informal chat with the HoD, very friendly and positive environment. Mostly discussing my CV and careers, as well as why I wanted to work at ROAST.
2nd stage was with HoD and MD, this was a task based interview, I had to conduct an SEO audit and present my findings to them both as if they were clients. there were also some technical questions i had to answer as well
