Contacted through job search website, received call from HR within the hour, set up a phone interview later that day and scheduled a face to face 48 hours later. The offer came the same day as the face to face interview, I said I would have to check with my wife and they had a counter offer already waiting, with a bonus structure in place after 90 days (now 30) that is very achievable.
