You will receive HR call once your resume gets shortlisted. That would be initial screening. Post which you will receive an interview invite. This is L1 interview wherein Questions would revolve around SQL, SDLC etc. They would also ask puzzles to check on how you think while solving a problem. If your clear this one, another is managerial round which would have situational questions and resume based questions. If you clear this, last round is with the director.
