Applied online, had 3 interviews with them. One with HR where salaries and general offer was discussed, one with Hiring manager that would propose you or not to the next stage and one with the Hiring Manager and the Country Department Lead if you were proposed and accepted by the Department Lead.

What does the Job position/description mean to you?
Interview itself and the follow-ups were very professional and apt for the role. maybe even a little too general (feel like i was not tested that much).
A week later they called and said they wanted to offer me a job, but that the process would take some time and be finalised after the holidays.
after the holidays in fact, the manager ghosted me. after contacting HR, they apologised and assured me the manager would get back to me, which he never did. disappointing

The interview process involved 4-6 back-to-back 30-minute interviews with individuals from different levels within the organization. Each session was focused and efficient, and I received feedback relatively quickly after the interviews, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience.
