Interview
I got an email form the hiring manager to schedule an interview after I submitted my resume through linkedin. I had a 30-45 min phone interview with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ramboll (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone interview, technical skills test, then in person interview which included a presentation. The employees were very welcoming and easy to talk to which made the whole experience a great one. Everyone was genuinely interested in me as a person as well as my skill set which was a nice change from other companies I was interviewing with.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ramboll (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Got a phone call about setting up a phone interview a month after submitting the online application, 1 week after the 45-minute phone interview got invitation for on-site interview (which ended up being a Skype interview since I was an out-of-state applicant). Full-day interview (~4-5 hours) started off with a case study that I was given ten minutes to think about, then I gave my answer. Was given a map and email communication to work with. After that, I interviewed with 4 groups of people from two different offices that I would be working with, and gave a 15-minute presentation of my research from undergrad. 2 weeks later had a follow-up meeting with staff from an office at a conference near my residence at the time just so someone from the company could meet me in person, was given the offer the week after the follow-up meeting. Whole process took about 2.5 months. Staff was very nice and communicative throughout the whole process.
