The interview process was fantastic no trick questions.
The interviewer gained a full knowledge of me , my experience, teaching methodology/philosophy. As well as gaining knowledge of me as a person.
They check all your details, all about your experience and your motivation, as well as location and where you want to work and in what types of schools. They all about your teaching style and all that type of thing.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Christchurch, Canterbury) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview and onboarding process was a lot more simple than their competitors i.e Prospero which had like 30 pages of paperwork you had to print off and scan in via email. Randstad instead had everything signed and written online which made everything alot easier.
