I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined Randstad in December 2018 and have found it to be a fantastic company to work for. They are a really forward thinking company who have all the latest technology which assists the employees, clients and candidates to communicate quickly and easily to find solutions to their immediate recruitment needs. Being out of education for many years I was delighted to receive support to study for my Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice which will enhance the service I am able to offer to my clients going forward. I have found all my peers to be like minded, helpful and supportive which is testament to the recruitment process at Randstad which recognises the skills of individuals who will succeed in this industry. Many of the staff are long standing which proves that you can progress your career with this company and work within many divisions. The bonus structure is excellent and the targets are achievable. I joined this company with no recruitment experience, but have found that this has not been a disadvantage as over 30 years of sales experience in b to b have ensured my immediate success as all my skills and experience have been transferable into this role.

    Cons

You will need to have a will to succeed and be happy to put in the hours it is not a 9 to 5 role, however the rewards are definitely attainable if you work hard.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the excellent support and the hands on approach that is visible every day

I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working for Randstad is great, the support from day one and intergrating into the team was smooth and enjoyed every moment. Everyday is different from working on webinars, social media or maybe out for events with clients. Randstad has certainly kept me on my toes.

Office atmosphere is always great and feel relaxed yet hungry to continue to work and help improve lives.

    Cons

Business could improve in communication between departments.

    Pros

Randstad really cares about you and your candidates and clients. It is forward thinking in terms of technology and working smart but wants to maintain a personal and human touch to all it's dealings. Randstad offers fantastic CPD and everyone who works here are genuinely lovely people.

    Cons

I can't think of any reasons not to work here!

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in the employees and striving for the best in human interaction and technological innovation.
