I have been working at Randstad full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fantastic organisation to work for.

Randstad are extremely catering in ensuring you work collaboratively with the company to see personal development and job progression, the role offers so much more than just financial rewards, a range of additional benefits that you don't see with every organisation, which are constantly updated with our input as the employee's. A supportive team is in place that will help guide you through the early stages of your career through to fulfilling your career goals and aspirations. Unlike a lot of the larger recruitment agencies the management structure does not feel like a hierarchy model from the Birmingham office we have a lot of engagement with senior management including the Managing Director and even the CEO!

In terms of a work life balance there are so many horror stories of 7am until - 9pm working hours in certain agencies, at Randstad you will never be asked to stay late unless you want it! Randstad ensure you have the skills and tools to get done in 9 hours what others do in 15!

I can not speak highly enough of Randstad as an employer to work for!

    Cons

Other than being a bit tricky to park I can't think of one! City centre based means travelling/commuting is fairly easy if by public transport but parking is tough!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work,

I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A great welcome and introduction to the team at Head Office. Welcomed by the MD and Directors on the first day.
Thorough 8 week induction plan with regular touch points with HR and management.
Continued learning through internal and external training providers.
Good Salary and chance to earn a really good bonus.
    Company Car Scheme
Freat Flexible benefit and Pension contribution scheme.

    Cons

No cons regarding the company at all. My role as mobile has taken some getting used to with the extra travel but have received great support.

    Advice to Management

Continue with the induction plan and tailor to the individuals needs. Continue to develop people within their roles to aid with progression.
