I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined Randstad in December 2018 and have found it to be a fantastic company to work for. They are a really forward thinking company who have all the latest technology which assists the employees, clients and candidates to communicate quickly and easily to find solutions to their immediate recruitment needs. Being out of education for many years I was delighted to receive support to study for my Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice which will enhance the service I am able to offer to my clients going forward. I have found all my peers to be like minded, helpful and supportive which is testament to the recruitment process at Randstad which recognises the skills of individuals who will succeed in this industry. Many of the staff are long standing which proves that you can progress your career with this company and work within many divisions. The bonus structure is excellent and the targets are achievable. I joined this company with no recruitment experience, but have found that this has not been a disadvantage as over 30 years of sales experience in b to b have ensured my immediate success as all my skills and experience have been transferable into this role.

    Cons

You will need to have a will to succeed and be happy to put in the hours it is not a 9 to 5 role, however the rewards are definitely attainable if you work hard.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the excellent support and the hands on approach that is visible every day

I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great communication, always guarenteed work, great way to gain experience and enter the industry. Ideal for graduate students who need a job. Very honest recruitment staff. Flexible working patterns and options.

    Great work-life balance

    Cons

Some schools are far away. ( A given if you are a supply teacher.)
Can get tiresome moving schools constantly.
No holiday benefits. If you dont work, you dont get paid.

    Advice to Management

Possibly look into holiday benefits for employees that are trusted and have worked for you for a certain amount of time.

I have been working at Randstad full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been supported every single day since starting here in January. I have been on countless training days, which I would rate second to none and I am over half way through my recruitment qualification. I feel I have grown more in just a few months here at Randstad that I have during my whole recruitment career and I am delighted that I have just passed my probation and I'm able to continue working with Randstad and start to progress to the ranks.

    Cons

There isn't any cons to working at Randstad.
