Get recruited by one of their recruiters, then sit in a room with the branch manager and the recruiter and speak about how your resume applies to the job. Very relaxed, also had to do behavioral tests.

Was interviewed by a Corporate REcruiter on the phone for about 30 minutes. The second call was with the corporate recruiter to go into more details. The third interview was in person with the Branch Manager

Process has likely changed and will vary greatly... They asked about sales experience, behavioral, cultural.... Ask if you are willing to put hard work in at the start for great career later on.
May ask about your experience with the specific area you are looking, Engineering, IT, Accounting...
Fairly relaxed interview process, and there will likely be at least 2 people after the first interview (phone screen_)
