Interview
The Interview process was well structured and simple to understand. There were 5 stages to the application. Online application, phone interview, online tests, interview with the 3 managers, and lastly a final interview with 4 managers.

Competency-based questions: Teamwork, eye for detail, communication, time-management
Overall, the interview process was very enlightening. I was tasked with a question beforehand, to research one of the laws in Singapore and to brief the two interviewers about said law. After presenting the law, I had to further delve into my own opinion about said law.
