I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ready Artwork
Interview
Applied online and interviewed over zoom. After the interview, I now see why all the negative reviews mention a condescending management that focuses on your weaknesses. They weren't wrong. Management seems quite awful to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work us? (Answer given) No, why do you want to work for us specifically?
I applied online and took about 2 weeks to get replied. There are 3 stages of the interview. First is the assessment test. Second is an interview with a supervisor. The third is with CEO. First two stage was okay, but the CEO was rude. I can't answer some technical questions. They feel like you are wasting their time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ready Artwork (Monrovia, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online. An on-site interview was set up through email. The interview was a mix of questions and a basic written test. The next interview was with the hiring manager who's only question was: "do you have any questions?".
The final interview felt more like I was interviewing them, which they failed. The CEO/boss/hiring manager (whatever he is) is only interested in taking advantage of his employees financially. They pay slave wages. I was quoted $13-18/hour.
2 out of the 3 Ready Artwork employees I talked to were non-native English speakers. I suspect it's because it's easier to pay foreign employees slave wages and pocket the difference.
Not to mention, they also don't offer any health insurance.
And, I completely agree with what another reviewer had said about there being absolutely ZERO racial diversity in that office, they only hire Asians.
Basically, there's no excuse for Ready Artwork to neither be paying living wages nor providing health insurance to their employees. You'll most likely be forced to go on public assistance if you work here full-time. I was actually really enthusiastic to work here considering the kind of work they're involved; however, I lost all interest to join and contribute to such a company after I interviewed with the owner and found out more about how the company takes care of its workers.
