They called me around 4 PM and told me they had received my resume and wanted to interview me the next day. On the day of the interview, they called and texted me to remind me and to confirm I was coming, which I found strange. There were other people in the waiting room waiting to be interviewed. They asked me to fill out a form with some personal questions (favorite food, travel destination, etc). The interview was around the questions on the form. It appears they are trying to know you better and nothing relevant to the role. I was not interviewed for what I thought I was going for. When they initially called me they told me they wanted to interview me for the Charity Event Coordinator, but when I asked the person interviewing me, he told me he was not aware of that position that the only position they had available was for account representatives/consultants, which consists of finding donors for their charity.
