Initial interview went well, or so I thought. I hadn't heard back in a few weeks and it felt as if I was ghosted. No one gave any feedback as to whether or not they were proceeding. My recommendation would be to give people the courtesy if you do not intend to move on with them.

First of all they have a three month long interview process. First two interviews went great. Then when it got to the third interview it was like they knew they were not going to hire me before the interview even started. First and for most the three guys that interviewed me were complete jerk offs it was the most unprofessional interview I had ever been on. Non of them took the time to even look at my resume before the interview. They were all asking me gas lighting questions that they knew I could not answer. It was like they were trying to get me to slip up. Seemed like they were making things up the whole time to try to discourage me from even having interest in the company. I am glad they rejected me because they seem like complete jerk offs to work for.
