Intense, after a few telephone interviews I drove in to the office to interview in person. A lot of brain teasers. They prefer people with an extreme learning curve so don't worry if your not an expert. I had less than 6 months of programming experience but still got the job.

The interview process is very transparent and they let you know how to prepare for next steps. I enjoyed meeting with the senior devs and talking about the role. They were able to confidently answer any questions I had.

Initial tech screen via online test, second round mixed tech + personality questions, third round personality questions for an hour and another hour of a non-technical challenge with your competition (another candidate). How they score you is really unclear. From what I could gather they had about a 20% offer rate to final round candidates.
