Interview
Phone call with some initial info, a woman on the call was very nice, gave all the information about the job and the interview. Call was followed by an online test of programming knowledge. Mostly basic unix skills.

What is kernel and how to troubleshoot kernel panic
The process was ok. I think they want people who live and breathe software. If you have soft skills or can make friends with people easily you should be fine. Pretty easy interview altogether.
