Red Hat Senior Software Development Manager interview questions

After submitting the application/resume, a recruiter reached out via email asking me to reply with answers to a couple dozen screening questions. Then one at a time, they scheduled 7 individual virtual interviews over 3 weeks with various stakeholders. The recruiter set expectations that I'd receive a response in within a week or two. I never heard back.
