Red Stones Hotel interview questions

Very straightforward, mainly interested in how friendly and approachable you are as you are working directly with the restaurant guests. I handed in my CV and was asked down shortly after to speak with the general manager. After a short interview I was asked to come for a trial shift which was mainly to see if I was proactive and if I could communicate well with customers and other staff.
