      Applications Developer Interview

      7 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Clemmons, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Red-e Set Grow (Clemmons, NC) in May 2014

      Interview

I personally have not had to interview formally because I was referred by a current employee how could vouch for my skills. So they emailed me some PDFs of the salary and benefits and I responded to accept the position. I do know that while a degree is important they are more concerned that you can actually show them something you have done to prove your skills.
