Redegal Business Development Manager interview questions

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn, sent me a job description and offered me an interview. I declined because the role wasn't what I was looking for. The recruiter said that he fed that back to the team but they wanted to talk to me anyway, so I agreed to an exploratory call. They obviously weren't aware of this new arrangement and began interviewing me for the original role. So, if you want to work here, go direct because their recruiter was clearly just desperate to generate leads - even bad ones. In fairness, the person I interviewed with seemed great.
