Two stage interview
1. Informal to see if you would fit the company culture
2 . Competency and scenarios based questions
I felt like the second one went well but the interviewer kept emphasising at the end on expectation for the role at the end & they wanted someone competent which I felt was a bit odd as my experience made was a good fit for the role. They gave the offer to someone else and never gave me an update. I had to chase the recruiter for en update after 3 weeks which is a shame as the second interview took place in the London office and wasn’t virtual.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult client and how you resolved it
it was a two-part interview process in the first one, they checked my english skills in general, talked english in some part of it. second one was about my excel and communication skills, asked about my general life and career prospects

It was such an intimate and efficient conversation. The questions asked and the recruiter's approach were to create a comfortable environment for me to express myself and get to know each other.
