Interview
The interview process was quite straightforward. There were 3 interviews in total. The first one was with the Chief of Staff, who told me what I needed about the company and asked a few questions about my work experience and my expectations, to assess if I was a good fit. The second one was with the Head of Operations who wanted to get to know me and my background, told me what would be expected of this job and how a typical day would go about. The third one was with the CEO who simply wanted to know me a bit and assess if I was a good fit for the company and the company's culture, as well. I cannot stress this enough: the process has been very straightforward, fast (a few weeks), transparent and everybody was very professional yet relaxed.

They asked me about difficult situations in the past and how I managed them. They also asked if I am familiar with basic HTML and CSS.

Interview
Se comunicaron conmigo y al día siguiente tuvimos la entrevista. Me explicó en qué consistía el puesto y conversamos sobre mi experiencia, etc.
Luego me envió una prueba, y días después tuve una entrevista con quien ahora es mi manager.
Esa misma semana recibí la oferta de trabajo. Debo decir que el proceso fue bastante rápido y claro al momento de comunicar las tareas, los beneficios, etc
Estuvieron en todos los detalles y me respondió todas mis dudas. 10/10
