Reformation interview questions

Kind. Easygoing, Receptive. The process felt friendly and conversational, which really reflected the store’s creative and welcoming vibe. The interviewer asked thoughtful questions about my background, personal style, and love for vintage fashion. I left feeling that they truly value individuality and passion for design — it made me even more excited about the opportunity.

A quick in person interview with store manager and then a phone interview with someone higher up in the company. Overall a very easy seamless process. The process was great, and not intimidating at all.
