Interview
Overall the process is very standard and typical and could take a few weeks from the time you apply initially, to either an offer or a rejection. I would not say it is exceptionally lengthy compared to other CROs.

Question 1
The most difficult is that the managers expect you to be able to come onsite for several rounds of interviews on a moments' notice. A few days' notice should be required, especially if you are currently working.
