Rehab United interview questions

They outsource hiring to an external recruiter. I did the first interview, then an online assessment. The recruiter ghosted me after the assessment and no reply to follow up messages. Not good business practice and wouldn’t recommend.

Starts with online application, they contact you through e-mail, schedule an in-person interview for 1 hour which immediately follows a job shadow for additional hour. Later on you are reached out with job offer (but I've heard some are offered on the same day). They do some mentorship before onboarding as an official employee.
