Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RehabCare (Boston, MA) in Mar 2012
Interview
Submitted resume and spoke to recruiter the next day. Contacted by rehab manager to schedule interview. Interview questions pretty basic: list 3 strengths & 3 weaknesses, where do I see myself in 5 years, why I became an SLP, describe the most difficult patient I've ever worked with...really not a stressful interview, it was more like a conversation. I heard back within the next week with a job offer

Question 1
None of the questions were that unexpected: I had to list 3 strengths & 3 weaknesses, where do I see myself in 5 years, why I became an SLP, describe the most difficult patient I've ever worked with
I applied online and was scheduled for a phone interview with the DOR. The interview felt more like a conversation. The recruiting manager followed up with me the following day.

Interview
Started with a recruiter setting up a site tour and phone interview with the area director. I'm told employees usually interview with the particular building's program director, but she was on vacation. When I showed up for my first day, the program director had no idea who I was and was certainly not expecting me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I wasn't really asked typical interview questions. It felt like they basically wanted a person with a degree and a pulse to fill the position.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RehabCare (Houston, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
General questions about clinical experience. No questions specific to report writing or experience in a SNF setting were asked. It seemed as if the building was just trying to fill a space, and the first person who accepted got the job. There was no real detailed questioning related to my clinical skills.
