Relay Therapeutics interview questions

An internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled a phone screening to discuss the AD position. I never received a job description and asked for one prior to meeting with the hiring director…no response. I proceeded with the interview with the hiring manager and asked for a job description and was told, “we don’t have one created yet”. After that, I never heard from anyone at Relay again. Also, the position was a remote opportunity initially, and has since been changed to an “on-site” opportunity based on the job description I was finally able to obtain on the company’s website a few days later.
