5 interviews I don't work here, but I wanted to share my experience since I wasted my time interviewing. One of reliaquests engineers reviewed my reach resume and sent it in for me, he let me know I had enough experience to move forward in the process. He wasn't a recruiter, but those with the same or less Han experience were hired previously.
I interviewed over the phone with Morgan Williams, and she invited me to a Skype interview. She set up the Skype interview for the following Monday. I interviewed with Morgan Williams and some other recruiter, at the closing of the interview they advised me that I had the energy, effort , and passion and they would most likely move forward with me.
They would let me know on Wednesday what the next step in the process was. I was extremely excited because this was a company I really wanted to work with, I mean really put in my 20 years here.
Wednesday came around, no phone call no email. I checked my email every five mins, nothing. Thursday, nothing...Friday nothing. At this point I reached out and sent a email and left a voice message for Morgan. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, of the following week past.. Then I got an email from Morgan saying, sorry I have been in and out of meetings this whole week, we decided to halt hiring until July.
Wowwwww!!! Really?! Why couldn't you have said you weren't moving me forward in the process right away!! I really really wanted to work with Reliaquest, I have even sent out my resume since July has come around the corner however I haven't heard anything yet again!!!
Be straight forward with candidates!! Hire professional recruiters!!! Because my experience with Reliaquest has been utterly unprofessional and ridiculous, time wasters.. Inconsiderate recruiters, great job portraying your company.
