I received a recruitment email through Linkedin by a recruiter with Relias. We set up an initial phone conversation. The recruiter called when he said he would and shared information about the company and the position. The position required more travel than I was able to commit to at this time but sounded interesting. I received a follow-up email from the recruiter after our conversation thanking me for my time.

HR was not speady to get back for initial interview. After the initial interview things went very smoothly. The HR rep quickly turned into travel agent to come onsite for interview.

3 Interviews, the first is just a general phone consult, the second is with management team members, third is with directors of the customer service team. having a positive personality and being able to articulate your work ethic is important.
Completed the initial phone screening with recruiter who asked standard questions. Next steps are two additional interviews. They want you to complete slides on your career trajectory and present them to hiring team.
