Three rounds - 1 HR, 1 Hiring manager, 1 with team. Mix of technical and behavioral questions. Need understanding of basic ML algorithms, fundamentals and python. Depending on the role supervised ML and unsupervised ML are commonly used.

Interview
There are three rounds in total, and the entire process went smoothly and quickly. I got the offer call the next day after the final round.
First Round: Phone Screen ~30mins

Second Round: Hiring Manager ~1hr
(Casual Conversation - walk through the company projects and great opportunities- plenty of time to ask questions) - The best interview I had ever
Third Round: Panel Discussion ~45mins
(Behavioral Questions + Resume Questions + Casual Conversation)
No technical questions or coding questions.
All interviewers are kind and nice, and Relias really values learning opportunities for employees. After talking with the hiring manager and the team members, I immediately decided to accept the offer without hesitation. Look forward to contributing to the team in the summer.
