      Business Development Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Renewage (Marina del Rey, CA) in Mar 2016

      Interview

I went in for a first interview rather quickly, within a few days of sending in my resume, it went downs downhill from there. The sales manager was friendly and stated he could see me filling a much-needed position within the company. I didn't hear from him for a week so I called in and was told he'd like me to come in and meet with the owner, it took a week or so of phone tag to finally get him to set a date. So the second interview comes around, sitting in the office with the two gentlemen, they state the only left to talk about is my compensation, great that must mean I'm hired, right? I leave the meeting, told I can expect an email with a job offer and compensation package within a few days, over the weekend max. On the following Monday, I call and speak with the sales manager who states I'll receive it by the end of business day or Tuesday at the latest. Well, it's Wednesday and I call to get a status update and I'm told he will call me back, never received a call, I even text to no avail. So in summation, either they are incredibly disorganized or lack professional courtesy of any kind. My two cents.......
