Several steps including two phone screens, two in person meet ups, and eventually half a day meeting the team. Very thorough, but collaborative and enjoyable. Presentation to the team was nerve wracking, but they were encouraging and really made an effort to make me feel comfortable.

Question 1
Pretty standard code challenge, but the "who is your favourite star trek captain" question wasn't one I'd prepared for!
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Repositive
Interview
Had to record a short video message answering 3 questions which I was told ahead of time. I was then invited for a video interview with the head of Business Development which was a half an hour chat. I was asked a few competency based questions, but the main goal was to assess if we would be a good fit in a relaxed conversational setting. The final stage involved a mock presentation to a potential client outlining what Repositive does and how we can benefit them as a company. Got to meet the whole team and was asked a few more competency based questions.
