Expect to get ghosted.
I applied on Indeed and roughly a month later was offered an opportunity to interview with only 2 hours notice from the Sr. People and Operations Manager, which I was not available for due to the short notice. After proposing multiple alternative times over the next week, I never received any response.
Over the next two weeks I reached out again to verify interest in the position twice and finally received another offer of an interview. Once again, after giving my availability I never heard back, Despite multiple attempts to re-start communication again, I never heard back .
The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and completely tuned me off to a company and position I was very excited about.
