Was easy to talk with. Was easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable during the interview. I had a 2nd interview immediately after with the DON because he was available, it was easy to talk with him as well, like talking with a friend. Got a call shortly after to be hired.

They will ask you a lot of questions about how to handle difficult situations, such as how to read body language, how to handle situations when a patient is agitated, etc. They ask your knowledge about RP, make sure to do your homework on them as it will earn you major brownie points.
