Both interviews began at least 15 minutes after the designated time. In the preliminary interview, the employer refused to answer my questions regarding whether this position was commission based or any questions relating to the actual role itself- claiming that was saved for the second round. I was invited back for a second interview, which also began late. I was told it would be a one hour process and I was there for a total of two and a half. When the interview finally did begin, I was led outside...to stand in the parking lot and take notes for an hour. In the parking lot. Standing. I was then led back inside and told to wait yet again for someone to speak with me for the "third round". The lack of space to conduct interviews, the fact that there were people being churned out for interviews both on the phone and in the office, and the lack of promptness should all be demonstrative indicators of how this business operates. I hope I can help anyone else from feeling their time wasted and the wool pulled over their eyes for a position here.
