      The recruiter screening is quite basic but complete. The skills interview addresses specific situations the candidate should have encountered throughout their experience, by asking for examples and reasoning behind decisions. The problem-solving phase is mostly what you can read about online, but I’d recommend focusing less on trying to grasp the broader context and instead going straight to the core of the issue. In my case, my interviewer seemed a bit frustrated when I didn’t immediately go in the direction they expected. The bar raiser is the most “traditional” phase, focusing on behavioral examples, working style, and relationships with peers. The scheduling system is overly complex, with many emails per phase and too many candidate surveys. There were several mistakes throughout the process, including being scheduled for the wrong people and phases, and some difficulty with the recruiter respecting my time constraints.
