Interview
Many rounds, including a case study / assignment that you have about a week to complete, require data analysis and knowledge of SQL, and 3-4 more rounds of speaking to various people in different offices. The interviewers seemed like a random selection of people. Had a particularly bad experience with one of them (from the HQ), who seemed extremely disinterested during the interview and acted like he couldn't be bothered to have the conversation.

Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Process involved two positive phone screenings and two technical assessments. Despite the significant time commitment and encouraging feedback early on, I was ultimately declined. Disappointing to see such high engagement end abruptly after multiple evaluation stages. Advice: Streamline the assessment phase.
Standardised HR interview, including pay discussion, background check, going through CV. Overall, it is fairly straightforward. HR is nice and willing to share a lot of recommendation for next round interview.
