Thank you for your comments. We read them all and take them seriously. We’re sorry you did not have a good interview experience with Revolut. We always seek to hire professionally, to allow candidates to demonstrate their experience and abilities as fully as possible and to allow us to reflect carefully on candidate’s answers and on what they indicate they would bring to Revolut. We include a problem solving and a bar raiser interview as part of the hiring process in common with several businesses and we believe that these are valuable both to the company and the candidate. This is a very senior hire and you will understand therefore that we will include senior people in the interview rounds both to allow us to get to know you and vice versa. Unfortunately this can mean that the process can take longer as we need to get time in several people’s diaries, some of whom are very stretched. We take talent recruitment extremely seriously and while we don’t want to prolong candidate uncertainty we think it’s important for both sides to get this right.
