I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Highbury, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
Several interviews with HR and people in sales. Very unprofessional. People who didn't turn on the camera for the online interview and unkind, showing no interest in your answers. Also, most of then didn't know anything about the position. The process had no structure at all and there was no formality.
Also the company's culture is pretty bad. The business case is a copy of Alpha.

Question 1
why do you want to work for this company? why sales? There was also a business case.
At least 4-5 stages and by stage four your pretty much like are we going to continue repeating ourselves here? Good experience seems like a competitive environment to work in that will push you to improve.
The interview process felt like a tick box exercise to the Management team who interviewed me, they were sitting in open offices with a lot of background noise which was super distracting. They were very disinterested.

Question 1
I was required to research companies that would be a good fit for the solution and go into a lot of detail in a very short space of time while they looked on and watched what I did. It was very tough to concentrate.
Rapide, mais pas assez détaillé au vus des entretiens à préparer et des questions posées, les profils sont très établis de base déjà et donc compliqué de se retrouver dedans et avoir sa chance
