Overall, I have truly enjoyed my experience with Revolut. The process was challenged and efficient i.e. small meetings, 15 mins follow up meeting, excellent time management. The process consisted in 4 different steps: 30 mins interview - just going through my CV and motivations Hometask - divided in two parts: i) root cause analysis based on some large data set and ii) Interpreting and write sql query which you can learn - I had never done it before. Overall, I have really enjoyed doing it, it is a good opportunity to show your skills. As a suggestion, take some time as it requires more than the 6 hours mentioned. Case interview - solving a business case with a senior ops manager. It is key to understand the key objective of the case, break the problem into small problems and ask the right questions. At the end there is a culture fit interview but I didn’t pass the previous stage so I can’t comment on this one.
