First call with HR discussing my experience, was very fast and I had an impression that HR was rushing it. Not sure why, as we booked full 45m and spent only 30. There wasn't any direct technical question from HR, however he tried to throw some questionable statements to see my reaction. For example: "TDD is speeding up the dev process". No surprises overall on this stage.
Second call was with a shy and not very talkative developer. It was a live coding interview, and I had overall pleasant and welcoming experience. Again, no surprises, however, the feedback was not very adequate and contained subjective assessment statements rather than facts. Overall, the interview was ok, the feedback was not.
Suggestion to Revolut HRs is:
1. Use facts, not judgments in feedback.
2. Train your interviewers for more ecological ways of communication.
3. Change HR template. "We encourage you to apply for ... openings ... that are more relevant to your background ..." is disrespectful.
