The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (New Delhi)
Interview
Never seen such unprofessional team anywhere. Interview process started with a Hackerrank assessment that moved on to a small call with recruiter. She asked me about my preferred work location and regular stuff post which I got a chance to give SQL live coding test for 45 minutes. After clearing that round as well, I had an interview with three panelists that went well. I asked my feedback from the recruiter and she said it's positive and asked me if I can meet her for 15 minutes quickly. She gave me a schedule and I accepted it. Now, she doesn't turn up on the day of the meeting and asked me to book another slot. I booked it and again waited for in the meeting room. To my surprise, she again doesn't turn up. Just imagine my frustration. Still, I approached her and asked her to setup another meeting, to which I haven't even got a reply. None from the recruitment team. Such an unprofessional team. It clearly shows how the organization works and what are their ethos. Sad.

Applied for one position. Went through the whole process. Had to delay the interview with the team, and in the end they changed the target position with a completely different one without giving any reason
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Madrid) in Sept 2023
Interview
They contacted me through LinkedIn. The interview process was relatively smooth consisted 4 stages and took around a month. All interviews were online. In the end a case study question turned out to be really different from my previous experiences hence I only got an offer for a lower position that I declined.

Question 1
If Revolut wanted to start a campaign to gather new clients, how much should the offer their existing clients for referrals?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Barcelona) in Mar 2022
Interview
The whole organization has been hyper-professional. Each step of the interview was well prepared and defined and the recruiter was available for any type of support. The only area which could be improved was the initial pre-contrattual offer. Revolut hires with a foreign entity societary format, therefore many points neeeded clarification both internally with the HR department and on my own with my legal consultant. But as the company is expanding I belive the whole thing is new for them too. I refused the offer because my original company come up with a strong counter-offer to keep me inside, and in that moment it made sense to remain.
