Interview
Spoke with 2 separate department managers and it was very clear from the outset, my experiences and skill sets were far superior to both hiring managers. Their ability to discuss the role in any way favourable was alarming and a red flag immediately. Having read all the reviews on here since, I am clearly not along in feeling I have dodged a real bullet here by not joining this coming. Sadly they just don’t have the people to match a fast growing product.
A really positive interview process overall. Communication was clear throughout, feedback was thoughtful and constructive, and I was kept in the loop at every stage. It felt well structured, respectful of time, and genuinely engaging, which made the whole experience feel collaborative and transparent rather than transactional.
son 4 etapas. La primera con RRHH bastante sencilla, la siguiente se centra mas en preguntas relacionadas con el puesto, la tercera un role play de ventas y una ultima entrevista que no llegué a realizar. No es un proceso complicado pero se hace muy largo y repetitivo.
