They do mass hiring, that's the reason the keep the questions simple, straight, generic. Due to high attrition rate. If you're a fresher its easy to crack, it doesn't matter what your work experience is, all you have to do here is send LinkedIn requests & cold calls.

they had called me to support theirs in Datacenter site survey in Amsterdam on their behaviour, full day.
I had an interview with the end customer per Webex before the work starts and one after work done where the customer has agreed with my service done onsite.

Question 1
Asked me to perform a site survey but they did give me the end customer remote engineer contact.
The interview was quite easy anyone can crack. There is only 1 round, introduce yourself and you can get select. Don't try to be over smart or else you won't get select.
