I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online, received a link to a pretty lengthy IQ and personality assessment. After that, received an invite for a video call with one of their HR folks. Pretty standard behavioral interview -- what have you worked on, what has your past employment been like, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what kind of environment do you succeed in, etc. -- followed by another series of assessments based on workplace ethics scenarios.
After this, they reached out to say they'd check back in with me closer to my graduation date. Overall it was a very pleasant interview and extremely light on technical aspects.
