contacted hr. received call back to get instructions for assessment testing. completed 2.5 hrs of testing. followed up with company. received email back that was no longer being considered with no reason as to why. called back to inquire on any feedback and was told they were unable to do so. very disappointed.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
