The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
The interview process was laughable. Throughout the whole process I was never treated like a unique individual. In all our communications together it was just a copy/paste script. The recruiter never spoke to me personally. On top of all that, the testing process is dreadful. I understand taking personality tests, but the numerous other tests I had to take were ridiculous. 90% of it had no direct correlation to the job I was applying for. Even more hilarious is the fact that those tests apparently disqualified me for the job. At the beginning of the process, I was told I was being considered for multiple positions. But apparently that gets thrown out the window for not meeting their "specific requirements". And again, this would be understandable if those requirements had to do with the job itself. Unfortunately, they are not even close.

Question 1
Had to take over an hour out of my life to solve questions not relevant to my career. Was a complete waste of time. They never met me the person. Never spoke to me about what differentiates me from the rest. They judged me based on some crazy test that was extremely difficult considering I'm in my 40's and haven't been in school for quite some time. It's their loss. I'm a fantastic employee with more than enough experience to fulfill the job. I noticed that same position posted a few weeks later. I guess nobody is good enough to work at Reynold's & Reynold's.....BTW - All the current employees had a loathing look on their faces. It did not look like a happy work environment. It was a blessing I was miserable at that test.
